Natural warnings come before websites
Near the coast, strong or long shaking, a sudden rise or draining of the ocean, or a loud ocean roar may indicate tsunami danger. Protect yourself during shaking, then follow local evacuation guidance and move away from the coast when directed or when natural signs are present.
